There are not many brands doing anything interesting. I find Moncler is always on the cusp of genius. I am looking forward to their ‘Art of Genius’ showing at London’s Olympia on the 20th of February. There will be an exploration of genius through performance, originality and design. The Moncler shows have come to be an examination of this.

This is their first London Fashion Week show. The guestlist of 10,000 is going to be determined by whoever registers online to attend. I find this democracy to be innovative, a democracy not usually found in an industry that is notoriously hard to crack.

Even more interesting? That Jay-Z, Pharrell and Alicia Keys and involved in this on a collaborative front. The designer Rick Owens is billed to have a standalone presented collection too at the event.
